Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Crezvatic Private Limited for the use of Leadpulse(the “service”), including our website, dashboard, chat widget, Shopify app and WordPress plugin. By creating an account or installing our app or plugin you accept them.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and your team members’ use of it.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and, if you sign up for a business, have authority to accept these terms for it.

Using the service

• You decide what your chatbots say and what data they collect. You must tell your visitors how you use their data (for example in your own privacy policy) and get any consent the law requires.
• You must not use the service for spam, unlawful content, harassment, collecting sensitive data you are not allowed to collect, or to attack or overload any system.
• Messaging channels (such as WhatsApp) and connected services have their own terms, which you must also follow.

AI replies

AI-generated answers can be wrong or incomplete. Review your bot’s knowledge and settings, and don’t rely on AI replies for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are charged in advance for the billing period shown at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
• Usage limits (bots, conversations, AI credits) depend on your plan. We may pause features when a limit is reached until you upgrade or the next period starts.
• If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll review it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Your data

You own the content and data in your account. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important from a paid plan we will tell you in advance.

Suspension and closing

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, with notice where reasonable.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
